Your project & timeline
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes are finished in 1–2 days. Larger or tile roofs can take a little longer — your project contact will give you an exact estimate.
What if it rains on my install day?
We watch the forecast closely and never leave your home exposed. If weather moves in we dry-in the roof and reschedule the rest — no risk to your home.
Do I need to be home during the install?
No. As long as the crew has access to the driveway and roof you don't need to be home — you'll get live updates right here in your portal.
Payments & financing
When are my payments due?
Payments are tied to milestones — a deposit, a materials draw, and a completion draw. Each one shows here with a Pay button when it's due.
How do I pay?
Pay online in one tap with the secure payment link (synced to QuickBooks), or by check — whatever's easiest for you.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — flexible financing options are available. Ask your project contact and we'll walk you through it.
Permits & HOA
Who pulls the permit?
We do. We prepare and submit the full permit packet to your city or county and track it through approval — nothing needed from you.
What about HOA approval?
If your community requires it we prepare and submit the HOA application (including color and material samples) and follow up until it's approved.
Materials & warranty
What warranty do I get?
You get the manufacturer's product warranty plus our workmanship warranty — all your warranty documents are stored right here in your portal.
How long will my new roof last?
It depends on the system: architectural shingle 15–30 years, tile 50+ years, standing-seam metal 40–70 years. We'll help you pick the right one.
During & after your install
How should I prepare?
Move vehicles away from the driveway, take down fragile wall hangings (tear-off causes vibration), and keep pets indoors. That's it.
Is cleanup included?
Always — we clean up daily and finish with a magnet sweep of your yard and driveway to catch every nail.
What if I notice an issue afterward?
Just message us through the portal — your workmanship warranty has you covered and we'll take care of it.
